Clear Norwegian Night

Night Sky in Leirvik, Norway

Today was a relaxing day. I worked lightly on my upcoming Skillshare class on timelapse photography and Diana and I decided to stay inside most the day. At the end of the night we were greeted by a knock on our door. Davide thought that tonight might be a good night to look out for aurora borealis. Unfortunately solar activity was low so we had no aurora this far south but we did have some relatively clear skies with some nice wispy clouds. It was a great opportunity to shoot a timelapse sequence. This is one of my test frames before setting the intervalometer and retreating back inside while the camera did its thing.
